No one knows Superbike racing better than the World Champion Castrol-Honda racing team, and Castrol-Honda Superbike Racing puts the player in position to race with one of the hottest racing teams ever. Players will race on 14 tracks from around the world, including Allerton, Monterey in California, Padang in Indonesia and the Honda Test track in Japan.

The vehicle of choice is the race-winning Honda RC-45 motorcycle, built and tuned to Castrol-Honda's specifications. With an acceleration of 0-60 m.p.h. in 3.1 seconds, it is one of the fastest motorcycles ever made. The bike's brakes and gearbox can be tuned using real data supplied by Castrol-Honda race engineers.

The game offers real physics as well, which help bring Superbike racing to life. Castrol-Honda Superbike Racing features six modes of difficulty, offering a competitive mode for racers of every level. Players can choose to go for pure arcade speed or for more realistic racing at the higher levels. Also, a good racer will learn to setup every detail on their bike for the hardest tracks in order to maximize their performance. For practice, racers can select a feature that will show them the "perfect line" -- the fastest route through each track.

Multiplayer supports up to two players on split screen racing action. The game supports Dual Shock and Analog controllers. Castrol-Honda Superbike racing is being developed by Intense Interactive will ship in May 1999.
