I have FIFA 2000 for PSX. I just bought it last week, though I haven't yet had time to see if I can create a player. I do know that you can work on uniform colors and designs. That kind of engine would be great in other EA games, like NCAA football, for example. Gameplay tends to be a little fast, but you are set up with more controls than you'll ever need.
