High Heat 2001 or MS 2001 baseball?

I don't care about graphics or arcade gameplay.
I want:

1. a franchise mode
2. a financial model
3. a minor leage model

High Heat was suggested to me, however I don't see a financial model for HH2001 (meaning no contracts). And I don't see a franchise model on the Microsoft game.

Can anyone make suggestions? (remember, graphics/sound mean little to me)
