• ISS Pro Evolution 2: "With the PS2 and DC already out at the start of this year, wasn't 2001 supposed to be the year that developers dumped the aging PSX? Thankfully, Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo didn't get that memo and produced a stunning soccer simulation for Sony's 32 bit dinosaur. The sequel to last year's SGN PSX Game of the Year, ISS PE 2 pushed the limits of what people thought possible on the PSX, and the improved ball physics and AI put many other games on more powerful consoles to shame. A worthy last hurrah for one of the best sports gaming consoles ever. " -- Lavan Chandran
